Major Study Shows the 12-Steps are More Effective Than Modern Therapy!

The largest study ever done on a 12-Step Program by Stanford School of Medical and Harvard Medical School has shown that a 12-Step Program was more effective than therapies. The scientist mentions in the podcast about how it is a behavioral diagnosis. 12-Step Programs are effective on behaviors. In relation to this study, F.A. specifically works on behaviors.
